Pyramid Scheme

I'm loving experimenting with sculptural embroidery. Here is a new piece, small in scale, about 3" high x 5.5" wide and deep. Cut fabric with embroidery on painted fabric.

    Very beautiful! I really love seeing generally "flat" techniques done in a sculptural way…

    Thank you, Alisa aka Fibreperson. I appreciate the post. This is a slightly new direction for me. Since my work is small scale, I thought making it 3 dimensional was another way for it to command space rather than working larger, which doesn't always fit the tone or content of my work.
